By using PrismRetouch you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

PrismRetouch applies AI processing to portrait photos you upload: blemish removal, skin smoothing, feature enhancement, and old-photo restoration. Results are generated automatically and may occasionally contain artifacts.

Your content

  • You retain all rights to photos you upload and to the retouched results we return to you.
  • You must only upload images you own or have permission to edit.
  • You must not upload illegal content, images of other people without their consent, or content intended to deceive, harass, or defame.
  • You grant us a transient, technical license to process the image solely to produce your result. We never store uploads or results after delivery.

Accounts & credits

  • The free trial provides 3 retouches per guest device, subject to abuse controls.
  • Paid plans are one-time purchases of credits; one credit retouches one photo.
  • Credits never expire and are tied to the email address used at checkout.
  • Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Payments

Prices are listed in USD and processed by Dodo Payments. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Promotional terms (such as double-credit offers) apply as stated at purchase time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer or scrape the service at abusive rates, attempt to bypass credit or trial limits, resell access, or use the service to process images in violation of any law or third party's rights. We may suspend access for abuse.

Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features and pricing may change; purchases already made are honored under the terms at the time of purchase.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
